Brian has spent 25 years at the intersection of organisational performance, public affairs, and EU funding. He has personally led and reviewed hundreds of proposals across Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, Interreg, EIC, and national co-financing programmes — and seen first-hand how much time, talent, and opportunity organisations waste in the process.

He founded Copenhagen Performance to bring that expertise to a broader range of European organisations — merging AI, performance science, and behavioural insight to help clients win more and waste less.
